Our distillery is located in Indianapolis, Indiana in the Midwestern heartland of America. Each batch of Indiana Vodka is limited to 1,000 liters producing just over 1,200 bottles of handcrafted vodka. We utilize time honored techniques and state of the art technology to produce our vodka.
Indiana Vodka is made using the batch distillation method. During distillation the “head” of the batch is removed, eliminating impurities in your vodka. The “heart” of the batch remains, providing only quality vodka. The low alcohol “tail” of each batch is reserved and subsequently blended in with later batches. This labor intensive process is repeated six times for maximum flavor and smoothness.
Indiana vodka is made with corn or maize specially selected from right here in the Heartland. We believe that this produces a superior vodka that is smooth and light on the palate with a sweet finish. Compare our vodka to wheat, potato, or other vodkas and you will immediately notice the difference.
Handcrafted Tradition
My family has been rooted in the Midwest now for 150 years. We have turned the forests into farm land and the fields into factories. Now we turn our passions to crafting world class spirits. We sincerely hope you enjoy the fruit of our passions.
Cheers!
