Prohibition Gin

Prohibition Gin is a full flavored distilled gin made using fresh herbs and botanicals.  It was released in April of 2010.

Prohibition Gin is our expression of the cocktail era before and during Prohibition when cocktails were king. We make our gin utilizing old world nineteenth century techniques and a nineteenth century recipe, while taking advantage of twenty-first century technology to produce a smooth and flavorful gin.
